Upon departing the military in 1971 he has been participating in real estate as a principal, primarily in the apartment market. His philosophy is one of hard work, discipline, and determination.

Lisa J. Richardson, CCIM began with S. J. Fowler Real Estate in April 2002. She and the company serve Maricopa, and Pinal Counties with offices in Mesa and Phoenix. Lisa offices full time from the Phoenix location and targets commercial and residential investment property buyers and sellers.
