Multiple Listing Service - Your property may be published on the MLS thus exposing it to thousands of Valley Realtors and their Client/Buyers. This is the best and most important element in selling properties.

After creating a marketing brochure, your property will be posted onto the following Websites:

Print Ads - Your property will be advertised, at my discretion, in the Arizona Republic and other markets which will attract potential buyers.

Direct mail - Color postcards sent to the subject property’s nearby area notifying other owners of your available property so they or people they know are aware of a buying opportunity.

        Signs – Where applicable, sign with logo recognition and name rider.
